Education: MBA in Finance from NYU Stern school of Business, Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Fordham University, Adjunct Professor NYU School of Professional and Continuing Education.


Experience: With 25 years of publishing and media experience Mr. Maleska has been Senior Vice president, Group Executive in charge of Professional Publishing at Macmillan Inc., President of International and Professional Publishing at Simon & Schuster, and CEO of Business Information at Primedia Inc. In addition he has been involved in over 100 M&A transactions while at Veronis, Suhler, Stevenson in their banking and private equity operations as well as a principal while holding operational roles. Mr. Maleska serves on the board of VCampus Corporation which is a publicly traded E-learning company and several private equity backed company boards.
