Experience: Mr. McCleary has had extensive experience in raising both equity and debt for financially troubled companies and has worked with companies both in and out of bankruptcy. He is a Director of Detrex Corporation.

Noteworthy Positions: After twelve years at Chemical Bank where he played a key role in numerous international restructurings and bankruptcies, joined Lehman Brothers Kuhn Loeb in 1981. Held a variety of positions including head of New Product Development, senior member of the Financial Restructuring Group and most recently head of Shearson Lehman Hutton's European Investment Banking based in London. Former Director of Investors Mortgage Group and Intermediate Capital Group Limited. His areas of expertise include working on complex financial restructuring, both domestically and internationally (including Chrysler Corporation and Dome Petroleum).
