Experience: Mr. Collier has extensive experience advising clients in investment banking transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; public offerings of debt and equity; high yield financings; and private placements. Mr. Collier has primarily advised middle-market industrial growth companies; at DLJ he founded and headed two industry groups, the Chemicals Group and the Metals Group.
